CPA جهاز حماية المستهلك

Consumer protection Mobile Application has been provided by Consumer Protection Agency of Egypt (CPA) to become a pioneer in providing a qualified and timely governmental service to all consumers as per the international standards.

The Application provides consumer with data and information on consumer goods, advice, guidance and news that highlight the roles of the CPA towards the service and consumer protection.

The application is also one of the channels through which the consumer can submit their complaints and follow up it.

The CPA Mobile Application objectives: Making CPA services available from any location and at any time through the

application.

- Allow the consumer to report complaint from any place to ensure consumer protection.

- Provide facility for consumer to follow up his complaints.

- Push Notification for recall, warning and advice.

قام جهاز حماية المستهلك ( جمهورية مصر العربية ) باطلاق تطبيق حماية المستهلك للاجهزة المحموله وذلك بهدف ان نكون الرواد فى تقديم خدمة حكومية للمستهلك المصرى بجودة عالمية .

يقوم التطبيق بتزويد المستهلك بالمعلومات والنصائح عن السلع والخدمات المعروضة بالسوق المصرى كما يتم تزويده بالاخبار التى تظهر دور الجهاز فى مراقبة الاسواق وحماية المستهلك .

ومن مزايا هذا البرنامج انه احد القنوات التى تمكن المستهلك من التقدم بشكواه ومتابعتها من اى مكان .

</div> <div jsname="WJz9Hc" style="display:none">Protección de los consumidores de aplicaciones móviles ha sido proporcionada por la Agencia de Protección del Consumidor de Egipto (CPA) para convertirse en un pionero en la prestación de un servicio cualificado y oportuna gubernamental a todos los consumidores de acuerdo con las normas internacionales.

La aplicación proporciona al consumidor con los datos e información sobre los bienes de consumo, el asesoramiento, la orientación y las noticias que ponen de relieve el papel de la CPA para la protección del servicio y el consumidor.

La aplicación es también uno de los canales por los que el consumidor puede presentar sus quejas y seguimiento de la misma.

Los objetivos de la aplicación de CPA móviles: Hacer los servicios de CPA disponibles desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento a través de la

solicitud.

- Deje que el consumidor para informar de cualquier queja para garantizar la protección del consumidor.

- Proporcionar las instalaciones de los consumidores para dar seguimiento a sus quejas.

- Push Notification para recuperarlos, advertencia y consejo.
